Our Story
Military families serve, move, deploy, and sacrifice. Too often,
adoption presents a final hurdle, with upfront legal, travel,
and placement costs that can reach tens of thousands of
dollars, even for stable, hardworking families.
Founded by a U.S. Air Force veteran, Freedom Families Foundation exists to remove those financial barriers, helping those who serve
build forever families.
How the Process Works
Apply
Submit a short application and supporting documents for eligible adoption expenses.
Review
Eligibility and adoption status are verified. Expenses are reviewed for qualification.
Award
Grant decisions are communicated and funding amounts are finalized.
Funds Applied
Approved funds are issued toward verified adoption related expenses.
Family Supported
Financial burden is reduced so families can focus on building stable, permanent homes.
